REMUNERATION
TNP has negotiated top quartile commission arrangements with all the major insurers that we support. We do not take a percentage of your commissions nor do we "clip the ticket" as it is, sometimes, called. All advisers in TNP get overall better remuneration terms than they could by trading by themselves.
All remuneration that you earn, i.e., Base Commission and Volume bonuses, are yours and it is paid directly to you by the companies you are writing for. Your renewal and servicing commission are yours as well. Your commissions do not flow via TNP and then to you.
INDEPENDENCE
Advisers value their independence. They have worked hard for it and that will not be compromised while working with TNP. All advisers aligned to TNP are free to deal with whomever they want. Adviser practices can still continue to operate under their own brand.
FREE GROUP HEALTH COVER
When you join TNP , members are offered fully- subsidized group health cover for themselves as well as excellent and very competitive rates for their families and other staff members including all pre-existing conditions covered.
FREE GROUP ACCIDENT DEATH COVER
Members will receive $50,000 of Death by Accident cover.
PI cover: Discounted pricing / enhanced benefits
When you join TNP you will have access to a specially negotiated, group-based pricing structure for your Professional Indemnity Insurance. TNP's PI scheme is provided by Lumley General Insurance who have an A- rating.

EQUITY SHARE
