Portfolio Administration
In addition to portfolio construction services, members of TNP Wealth Management are able to take advantage of our portfolio administration services via TNP Assist. Key elements of the portfolio administration service include :
- Client Reporting.
a. Regular reports to clients including economic commentaries and, if required, specific comment on an individual portfolio. This service is designed for advisers who want to ensure regular client communication and updates.
b. Ad-Hoc reporting. Generation of portfolio reports when and as requested by clients or adviser.
- Management Reporting. Regular and adhoc reporting to the adviser on specific aspects of their client-base, investment exposure levels and FUA via platform.
- Risk Reporting. Working with the adviser to establish, monitor and report on practice risk management issues as they pertain to FUA-base.
- Portfolio Administration
a. Placement and management of orders including portfolio restructuring.
b. Bulk portfolio updates where e.g. funds close or research ratings deteriorate.
c. Cash Management, including management of FX transactions.
d. Administration of review process
i. Initiation of Review process including risk tolerance updates and organizing meeting with client.
ii. Generation of review report and supporting documentation including comparison of current position versus model and recommended changes.
iii. Implementation of review outcome including order placement and reporting back to client.
e. Investment Maturity Management.
